Woburn, Massachusetts, July 12, 2023 – Northern Bank, a full-service business bank, today announced the appointment of business development managers Yomaira “B” Rosario and Joe Todisco to two branches in Woburn.

Rosario, who previously managed the bank’s Billerica branch, joins the “Woburn Center” team at 303 Main Street. Todisco, who managed the Westford location, is the new leader of the bank’s “Main Office” branch at 275 Mishawum Road.

Prior to managing the Westford branch, Todisco oversaw the bank’s Stoneham location. He has spent more than 25 years working various management positions in retail and business banking with large regional and community banks all based in New England.

Rosario, who entered the banking world in 2019 as a senior relationship banker, consistently earned increased responsibilities at two large banks prior to joining Northern Bank in 2021.

Todisco received his B.A. degree in Criminal Justice from Notre Dame College. He is also an active member of the Middlesex West Chamber of Commerce and is a past Rotary president in Stoneham.

Rosario earned her B.S. degree in Business Administration from Universidad Dominicana O & M in the Dominican Republic. There, she served as President of the Student Government Association. She is fluent in three languages: English, Spanish and Portuguese.
