I am changing phones, how do I move my mobile banking?

Moving your mobile banking from one device to another is easy.

  1. Download the Northern Bank app on your new device
  2. Login to your online banking and select "Add a Device" from the "Mobile Banking Center"
  3. Follow the prompts to get mobile banking enabled on your new device
  4. If you won't be using your old device anymore, be sure to select "Change mobile device settings" from the "Mobile Banking Center" in your online banking dashboard and deactivate your old device
