Commercial Loan Administrator

Responsible for the review and completion of all due diligence associated with the commercial loan documentation/closing process, including the satisfaction of approval conditions including quality control functions. Preparation of loan advances for construction loans in accordance with the loan approval requirements.


Primary Activities

  • Preparation of commitment letters and loan documents for new loans and loan modifications
  • Review and completion of all due diligence associated with the commercial loan closing process
  • Quality control of the loan process including closing requirements
  • Engage and tracking of 3rd party reports and tracking of good faith deposits
  • Responsible for reconciliation of GL accounts
  • Construction Loan Advances: orders inspections, title run downs, budget review and maintain files and related spreadsheets, process disbursements and invoices
  • Coordinate the completion of electronic files and quality control
  • Monitor insurance tracking and work closing with loan officers and Allied Solutions to ensure insurance requirements are met for commercial real estate.
  • Work closely with the lending team to track documentation exceptions
  • Perform additional duties as requested

  • Minimum of three years of lending experience preferable within a Commercial Bank
