Cash Management Specialist

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services and the positive resolution of any issues relating to the setup of new commercial deposit accounts and cash management services.

 

Essential Functions

  • Create new deposit account paperwork for business customers, finalize accounts setup in core system
  • Create new 1031 master and sub accounts in core system
  • Complete setup and changes for all Business Online Banking requests
  • Complete setup and changes for all Cash Management service requests
  • Setup and manage accounts through Promontory for ICS and CDARS accounts
  • Setup and manage accounts through Quick Rate
  • Balance credit cards accounts on a daily and monthly basis  
  • Assist customers with payments and issues on the credit card system
  • Manage and order cash for customer cash services
  • Work with FIS for issues with online banking, cash management system and lockbox processing
  • Provide continuing support to customers as needed and serve as escalation point to CM Analysts
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of account and services setup and the positive resolution of any issues in regard to the setup or changes
  • Provide assistance to the other Operations Teams, as needed

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in the banking industry, including retail and back office environment
  • Knowledge of deposit account opening documentation
  • Familiarity with bank regulations
  • Knowledge of the bank’s internal policies and procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Detail oriented
