Cash Management Operations Analyst

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services and the positive resolution of any issues relating to the setup of new commercial deposit accounts and cash management services.

 

Essential Functions

  • Preparing cash management agreements and verification letters for customers
  • Quality control of new deposit accounts for setup and proper documentation
  • Quality control of cash management services setup in the core and ancillary systems
  • Processing ACH and RDC annual review submissions
  • Completing complex research, working with core vendor to resolve if required
  • Create, test and update procedures
  • Participating in bank wide projects involving cash management processes and systems
  • Backing up all duties of Cash Management Specialists

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in the banking industry, including Retail Banking and back office environment
  • Knowledge of deposit account opening documentation
  • Familiarity with bank regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Detail oriented
